Apple partnered with AT&T.  Google introduced Android phones.  Now Microsoft is entering the cell phone market but in a little different way.  They have chosen to use network marketing i.e. word-of-mouth advertising to launch their new concept.

At this point there is no cost.  It's just getting in the information loop.  When they ask for money, you can decide based on your knowledge at that point.  Things are moving quickly.  The Back Office of the website is scheduled for rollout July 13.  And the business launch is scheduled for July 25.
